So… I guess you all have heard/read/seen the news. It’s been pretty hard to miss it - the death of Sherlock Holmes. I’m gutted but I’m doing my best to keep it together. I don’t know about you guys, but I refuse to believe it. That he was a fraud. He just can’t have been, can’t have! I saw him at a crime scene once, I had followed the sound of sirens in hope it’d be one of his cases, and there is NO WAY he was a fake. You can’t make that sort of shit up, he was too good! He was an inspiration for all of us to be more observant in our every day lives, and I won’t accept the so called truth about Sherlock that is all over the media. I know you feel like I do, and now it’s our turn to show that we haven’t lost faith in him. Sherlock might be gone, but I won’t sit silent!
This is a blog to collect the love and creations of Sherlock fans participating in #BelieveInSherlock. Please feel welcome to submit!

Hi I submitted a bunch of photos of NYC and the downtown Wall street area in Manhattan. Enjoy. Not sure how to update the map, can you do it?
To update the map, click on the “edit” button, then click on the blue pinpoint icon and choose your location. Then click done.

We’ve been getting a lot of repeat “connections” requests. Before sending more, please check the “connections” tag on our blog to see if someone has already made a connections post. You can also search by city most of the time (:
So this is the sherlock shirt I made, on the back it says I Believe in Sherlock, i’ll try to take a picture of the back soon?
I believe in Sherlock Holmes, amateurly translated to Japanese, written on my own arm using my left (non-dominant) hand. considering I’m not ambidextrous, I’m pretty pleased with how this turned out. (It’s written in English on my other arm)
One of a set of chalk messages scattered around UCLA by the UCLA Sherlockians. The full set can be found here: http://kovaniy.tumblr.com/post/16616026573/the-results-of-the-ucla-sherlockians-work-today

This is a photo of One of many posters I and my assistant put up at my University (UW-Platteville, Wisconsin) the other day. We put them up in two of the buildings. This one was placed in Pioneer Tower. I have many more pictures of our work on my website. I will be posting more up as well. :-) Yes, even in the heart of Midwestern United States the story of the amazing mind and man that is Sherlock Holmes has spread. Once the news of the scandal that he was a fraud found its way their. Many believers turned their backs. Their is still a small contingent their still beliving an fighting back as Watson’s Warriors. Doing the best they can to take a stand with their fellow Detectives in Arms around the world. United in one cause. To set things right.

You don’t need to worry about my deviantART username, your profile picture covers it.
No doubt, Sherlock! I still believe!
Disneyland believes in Sherlock Holmes.
Found pinned to the boards in one of the rooms in the actual 221B Baker Street (Sherlock Holmes Museum in London) during my visit today. I love you all!
I’ve been spreading the word in Manchester today. This is in the Arndale Waterstone’s.
I just HAD to take part.
I believe. Do you?
To all my fellow UCR Highlanders, this one’s over at one of the bulletin boards at Watkins? Or Sproul. I took this picture a few days ago and just remembered them now. There’s a Moriarty Was Real one over at Watkins across from Watkins 1000 or… Sproul. And there’s a very badly placed one by the book store inside the newspaper hub thing. Our campus needs more of these posters as a distraction from the sperm trees. Just saying.
Hello, I found this web page on http://www.edna.cz/sherlock/ and I decided to share my pictures. I hope you enjoy
What happened to the map? All the pins are in the Atlantic?
Trolls? Glitches? People not wanting to identify their location? They all appear to be legitimate posts, and some of them even have their actual locations noted. I have no idea, unfortunately, nor am I quite sure how to fix it. If anyone has any suggestions…?
Are there any Sherlockians in South Florida? My sister and I are terribly lonely.
Any South Floridian Sherlockians?
Wondering if there are any fans in Nebraska??? I would love to meet up locally and organize the campaign here!
Any Sherlockians in Alaska? Please drop me an ask! It'd be lovely to know I'm not alone up here.
Are there any Scottish/Glasgwegian Sherlockians? I need to hug you!
Okay, I know there are TONS of believers at SFSU! Unite, my brethren. Where are you.
Okay, so I'm looking for some Sherlockians in mid-west Florida (in/near Sarasota County). I found one on the map, but they didn't leave their URL.
Just a poem I wrote when I got a little bored.
what's the map?
The map is a map upon which you can place markers if you’ve Sherlock’d somewhere or found something Sherlock’d! Also for fans to find each other in the area.
Due to overwhelming posts for connections and meetups for the #believeinsherlock movement, it has been decided by an outside source as well as this blog for there to be a separate blog for such things. Kind of quick, yes, but hopefully it’ll create a more organised way for contributors to the movement to group.
So please direct your connections and meetups to Sherlockians Wanted.
We do however, still want you to post your finds here. (:
What's happened with the map ? All the pins are now into the ocean :/
Answered this same question earlier. I don’t know why a healthy portion of Sherlockians are drowning. :C If anyone has any solutions, feel free to let us know.
I have deduced they are like the gent found in the car trunk, dead before we could even get to them. Either that or it's The Doctor's fault.
Oh, that’s a very legitimate hypothesis!
I’m hoping the Doctor has them, personally. Or rather, that the Doctor has them, and they’re not dead. You never know with that guy.
But, come to think of it, if the Doctor also has Sherlock…
